Below you’ll find the different fees that may apply when placing an order with us.

Freight Rates

Posti: €5.4 – Free delivery on orders over €69
Budbee home delivery: €8

Payment by invoice or account

When choosing invoice, a fee of €2.90 applies, and the account payment fee is €3.95. These costs cover credit administration fees as well as any associated credit assessment.

Reminder fee, invoice

If your payment is delayed, a reminder fee of €5 will be added to your invoice.

Reminder fee, account

To avoid the reminder fee (currently €5) as well as late payment interest, payment must be completed well before the due date.

Return fee

A return always costs €4.95. The fee covers the transport back to the warehouse, where we inspect the product and repack it before it is returned to stock.

Uncollected parcel

If you do not collect your parcel from the pick-up point within the specified time, we will charge a fee. The fee includes the general costs incurred at the time of purchase: €9.90.
